  - After launching the Jung-gu Health Mileage app on Apple Watch, touch the screen to activate Workout mode. Even if the Apple Watch display turns off during a workout, step count remains visible on the iOS app.
  - Workout mode will automatically end after 30 minutes to conserve battery life.
  - Users can manually stop Workout mode by touching the Apple Watch screen.
