  • A 10,000-word report on self-reflection: Explore your emotions and happiness to foster self-understanding and acceptance.
  • Daily missions aimed at forming healthy mental habits including mirror tasks, emotion journaling, and weekly challenges.
  • Practicing self-care through uplifting actions and mindfulness meditation designed to enhance self-esteem.
  • Emotional vocabulary development: Learn various terms related to emotions to better recognize and differentiate your experiences.
  • Positive mindset cultivation: Engage in optimism training, positive emotion activities, self-efficacy challenges, and gratitude journaling.

Your Unique Mind Trainer

  • Minding trainers are mental health professionals, including masters in counseling and clinical psychology, meditation instructors, and motivation experts.
  • You can view profiles of the trainers at this link.
  • Your trainer will empathize with your emotional journey and provide constructive feedback on your missions.
  • Trainers are available for feedback five times a week for STEP.1, and three times a week for STEP.2 and STEP.3. Note that no feedback is given on the first day of the program.
