- Practicing self-care through uplifting actions and mindfulness meditation designed to enhance self-esteem.
- Emotional vocabulary development: Learn various terms related to emotions to better recognize and differentiate your experiences.

Your Unique Mind Trainer

- Trainers are available for feedback five times a week for STEP.1, and three times a week for STEP.2 and STEP.3. Note that no feedback is given on the first day of the program.
