The Schulte Grid is a square card featuring 25 squares, each measuring 1 cm by 1 cm, filled with Arabic numerals from 1 to 25. During testing, participants are instructed to point to the numbers in sequential order from 1 to 25. The duration it takes to complete this task serves as an indicator of the participant's attentional capacity; shorter times suggest a higher level of focus.

While the Schulte Grid primarily measures attention levels, it also functions as an effective training tool. It is widely utilized by psychologists within therapeutic settings to enhance cognitive processes.

The use of the Schulte Grid engages and stimulates the optic nerve through dynamic exercises, facilitating research and development related to psychological perception speed, including visual search and directional movement.
