The Yesli interface resembles that of a banking application, which helps children learn financial management in a playful manner. Yesli calculates the child's earnings from school grades and completed tasks, fostering the habit of budget planning and financial responsibility. The child can see how much they have earned, and it is up to the adults to reward them for their efforts.

Setting up the electronic diary

Yesli works with many educational platforms and allows for manual entry of subjects and grades from the school diary. Adults can assign a value to each grade point (even a negative one) - children see these prices and strive to achieve the necessary grade in school. Subjects that are not relevant can be hidden.

Adding tasks for the child

Both adults and children can create tasks in Yesly based on their own conditions. Tasks can be anything - "Walk the dog," "Wash the dishes," "Tidy up the room" - with detailed comments and a predetermined reward. The main thing is that the conditions are accepted by both adults and children.

Rewarding with money or gifts

Child's motivation is developed by knowing the type and size of the reward in advance. Both adults and children immediately set a "price" for task completion: be it a monetary bonus, a gift, or something else - it is discussed beforehand. This way, the child gets used to working and develops useful habits.

Task monitoring with statuses

Before being considered completed, a task goes through several stages, each with its status. Yesly does not consider payment until the task is marked as "Completed." Both the creator and the executor of the task can see at any time at what stage it is in.

Tracking the financial balance

The system calculates finances for the child, creating a balance that always shows how much money adults should pay to the children. The balance includes monetary rewards for grades received and tasks completed. An adult sees how much money each child has earned and how much they personally owe. The child sees how much money each connected adult owes them individually.
