For users unable to launch the app on Android 11

We have received reports that the app crashes immediately after launching on some Android 11 devices. It has been reported that performing "Clear Storage" may resolve this issue. We recommend giving it a try. Please note that by doing this, the "Parking History" will be deleted, and it's not possible to recover it.

Procedure:

Open "Settings"
Open "Apps & notifications"
Tap on "PPPark!" from the list of apps
Open "Storage and cache"
Tap on "Clear Storage"

This issue seems to be caused by Android 11, and Google is aware of the problem. While we expect corrective updates from Google or device manufacturers in the future, similar issues seem to persist worldwide for now. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and for those experiencing symptoms, please follow the steps mentioned above to clear storage.
