• Personalized Homepage: Easily check account balance, make transfers, and withdrawals from the main screen. We provide tailored information and recommend financial products that suit your needs.
• Large Font Mode: Set the main screen to display in large font for easy viewing and use.
• Simple Banking: Securely transfer up to 5 million won per day without a security device by logging in with a simple password (six-digit number). We offer contact transfers, split payments, widget banking, and motion banking services.
• Open Banking: View and transfer funds not only from NH accounts but also from accounts in other banks. You can also use other bank account balances to top up your NH account.
• Wealth Management: Get a clear overview of your assets and access asset design and retirement planning services.
• Financial Product Mall: Open accounts without visiting a branch. Receive recommendations for personalized products and easily join.
• Cards: Check approval history, usage statements, and card information without installing a card app.
• Pension: Special services for MY Retirement Pension, Private Retirement Plans (IRP) deposits, and savings management instructions.
• Life/Benefits: We provide various content such as financial tips, senior tips, and fortune-telling. Check the Excellent Customer Program, benefits received, and NH points information.
• Authentication/Security: Easily log in with fingerprint or a simple password (six-digit number) without complex public key certificates. Issuing a mobile OTP allows for secure financial transactions without physical security devices.
• Voice Integrated Search and Consultation Talk: Easily search the menu and content of Smart Banking using voice. Our 24-hour Consultation Talk is always available to help with any inquiries.
• My Page: Set up your personalized Smart Banking, check your Excellent Customer rating, and view benefit information. Manage maturing products, interest products, and access the special product consultation center.
• Global Banking: Use NH Smart Banking app in 9 languages for banking services. We provide various services including personalized homepage, comprehensive account inquiry, transfers, overseas remittance, and foreign exchange.

Required Access Permissions:

1. Storage: Required for issuing public key certificates, logging in, and managing copies.
2. Phone: Required for accessing phone status, ID verification, and branch phone numbers.
3. List of Installed Apps: Required to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents such as voice phishing by checking smartphone app installations (note that if a potentially risky app is detected, NH Smart Banking may be restricted).

* Required access permissions are necessary for using NH Smart Banking. If not allowed, certain services may be restricted.

Optional Access Permissions:

1. Location: Used for finding nearby branches based on your location (optional).
2. Contacts: Access contacts for sending SMS notifications after completing transfers (optional).
3. Camera: Used for taking images, scanning ID cards, and recognizing QR codes (optional).
4. Voice Recognition: Used for Consultation Talk and voice search services (optional).
5. Biometric Authentication: Used for login authentication methods, easy transfers, etc. (optional).

* Optional access permissions can be declined without affecting the use of services; however, some features may be limited.

How to Set Access Permissions:

• Settings > Applications > NH Banking > Permissions
• If you are using an Android OS version below 6.0, all permissions may be applied as required without optional access permissions. In this case, please upgrade your operating system to version 6.0 or higher and reinstall the app for normal access permission settings.
