5. If your device has been jailbroken or rooted, the service may not be available. We recommend contacting the manufacturer's A/S center to reset your device completely before installing and using the i-ONE Bank Mini app.

1. Essential Permissions:
   • Phone: This permission is required to access device information for mobile phone verification and device-specific services.
2. Selective Permissions:
   • Storage: This permission is used for saving and loading digital certificates.
   • Contacts: This permission is used for retrieving recipient information for mobile phone transfers and retrieving contacts for sending SMS after a transfer.
   • Camera: This permission is necessary for scanning QR codes when copying digital certificates.
   • Microphone: This permission is necessary for customer service operations.

※ Granting of selective permissions is optional. However, there may be limitations on using some functionalities if you do not grant these permissions.

※ App permissions are implemented differently for Android OS versions 6.0 and above, dividing them into essential and selective permissions. If you are using an OS version below 6.0, you cannot grant selective permissions. We recommend checking if an OS upgrade is possible and upgrading to version 6.0 or above. Even after an OS upgrade, the app will retain the previously agreed-upon permissions, so to change the permissions, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app for the new settings to take effect.
