While web transactions involve multiple steps, the app completes it all in just one screen (*). Plus, by prioritizing the lane to proceed to the application screen from the app, you can buy tickets faster compared to the web. (* Currently offering lottery applications for some events. Planning to support first-come-first-served sales in the future.)
• Check seat availability at a glance from the calendar. Extremely convenient for stage performances and events with multiple show dates.
• Your own customized home screen – receive important notifications like lottery results and ticket download alerts that you never want to miss. With shortcuts allowing you to apply for tickets directly from browsing history without needing to search, as well as personalized event recommendations and news based on your favorites.
• Delivering information about your favorite artists - receive ticket information and news via PUSH notifications for artists and events you've favorited by tapping the heart icon. Never miss out on pre-sale information again. Moreover, we'll also notify you about ticket lottery results.
• SmaTickets and QR Tickets – your tickets are stored right within the app. From purchasing tickets to entering an event, this app has all you need!
