[What is MYTOM?]
MYTOM is the official membership application of Tom N Toms, providing a rechargeable prepaid card function that can be used like cash at Tom N Toms stores nationwide. It also features smart order functionality for ordering and payment before visiting a store, as well as services such as card (auto) recharge, card gifting, coupon services, and store locator. Additionally, by using MYTOM, users can earn [Tom] and [stamps], which can lead to benefits like free drink coupons and various perks based on membership levels.

[Key Features]

• Registering, purchasing, (auto) recharging mobile prepaid cards, smart ordering, delivery, and gifting
• Checking and using coupons gifted to application members
• Earning Tom and stamps when paying with a prepaid card for drinks
• Providing a feature to locate nearby stores

[Smart Order, Smart Drive-Thru, Delivery]
Smart Order: A smart feature that allows ordering and payment of various products like drinks and food before visiting a store.
Smart Drive-Thru (Valet Order): A feature that enables ordering and payment before visiting a store with the option to pick up while in the vehicle.
Delivery: A service that allows receiving drinks and food without visiting the store.

[Card Registration and Usage]
Registration: When you register the physical MYTOM card purchased at a store in the MYTOM APP, you can use it in both physical card and app versions.
Usage: Available within the app, at all stores (except for some stores as indicated in MYTOM notices and website).

[Card Purchase and Recharge]
Purchase: Purchase of physical MYTOM cards available at Tom N Toms stores nationwide.
Recharge: Recharge available at Tom N Toms stores nationwide or within the MYTOM APP.
(Individual recharge limit: 100,000 KRW, recharge limit per ID: 500,000 KRW)
General Recharge: Amount is immediately charged to the designated card upon payment. Initial Lower Limit Auto Recharge: When the balance of the designated card drops below the set minimum amount, it will be recharged to the specified amount. Monthly Fixed Auto Recharge: The designated amount is recharged every month based on the set date.

[Tom, Stamp Accumulation]
Accumulation Method: Tom and stamps are accumulated when paying for ordered items with MYTOM prepaid cards.
(Accumulation not possible with mixed payments; no accumulation when paying with physical cards not registered in MYTOM APP).
Accumulation Criteria: For each item ordered such as beverages or bakery products one Tom and one stamp are earned simultaneously.
Tom Accumulation Benefits: Achieving 40 Toms leads to Gold Level upgrade; achieving 100 Toms leads to VIP Level upgrade. Detailed benefits based on levels can be found in the My Page section of the MYTOM APP.
Stamp Accumulation Benefits: When accumulating 12 stamps, a free drink coupon(T) will be provided.

To use the service, authorization is required. Selective access permissions can be agreed upon when using related functions. Even if not agreed upon, other services outside related functions can be used normally.

• Device (phone number) and app records: Device identification, application error monitoring, and usability improvement
• Storage space: Storage of image data and resources

[Selective Permissions]

• Contacts: Used when searching for contacts to gift MyTom cards
• Camera/photos: Used for taking and registering profile pictures
• Location: Used when using smart order and locating nearby stores
• Biometric ID: Used when setting app lock in MyTom app
