Review of the Credit Recovery Committee Guide

"The Credit Recovery Committee, established in 2002, is a public special corporation under the "Law on Support for Financial Life of Common People." It provides support such as interest rate adjustment, extension of repayment period, and debt reduction for those who find it difficult to repay their debts.

■ You can apply for credit adjustment through the Credit Recovery Committee's mobile app.

• If you are less than 30 days overdue, apply for "Pre-overdue debt adjustment (Quick debt adjustment)"
• If you are overdue between 31 and 89 days, apply for "Interest rate debt adjustment (Pre-workout)"
• If you are overdue for more than 90 days, apply for "Debt adjustment (Individual workout)"

2. Loan Interest and Repayment Period Information

• Repayment Period: Minimum 6 months to maximum 5 years
• Interest and Fees: Maximum annual interest rate of 4%, no additional fees
• Total Loan Cost: No loan fees

※ Usage Guide ※

• Service is not available on rooted devices or devices with tampered operating systems.
• Data charges may apply if you exceed your data limit on 3G/LTE/5G flat-rate plans. Please be aware of protecting your assets.
• Supported OS: 6.0 or higher (upgrading to the latest OS is recommended)
• Target Users: Credit Recovery Committee Cyber Members

Below is a guide to the access permissions used in the app. Access permissions are divided into mandatory and optional permissions. You can still use the app without granting optional access permissions.

■ Optional Access Permissions

• Files and Media: Access permission for storing certificates and checking for OS tampering to enhance security.
• Phone: Phone dialing and management permission for connecting with the Credit Recovery Committee and setting up push notifications.
• Camera: Access permission for taking photos, used for taking ID photos and document photos.

■ If you are using an existing installed app, you need to uninstall and reinstall it to set access permissions.
