Air Quality Index (CAI) provides real-time air pollution and fine dust numerical information based on data from the Ministry of Environment and the Korea Environment Corporation (Air Korea), categorizing it into 8 stages and 6 stages according to WHO recommendations, and displaying it with color differentiation for easy understanding. When going out or opening windows, be sure to check the air quality information!


Main Features:

• Integrate Air Quality Index (CAI), fine dust (PM10), ultrafine dust (PM2.5), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), yellow sand levels, and grades can be easily checked at a glance.
• The semi-circle graph is a specialized feature of air pollution information, allowing visual confirmation of grades and values.
• Notifications can be set up for each grade, including fine dust warnings, yellow sand advisories, ozone warnings, fog occurrences, air quality improvements, and good conditions.
• A fine dust map (air quality map/distribution map) allows for easy access to nationwide air quality, wind direction, and monitoring station locations at a glance.
• Hourly/24-hour average values are shown in line graphs/bar graphs to easily track air pollution trends.
• Hourly forecasts (up to 24 hours) and daily forecasts (up to 5 days) are provided for convenience.
• Provides air quality forecasts and predictive models for fine dust/ultrafine dust/ozone for today/tomorrow/the day after tomorrow.
• You can easily check the weather from the current time up to 5 hours ahead (weather/temperature/humidity/wind direction/wind speed).
• You can conveniently view regional values on a map and in a table format.

• Refer to WHO recommended standards and the FAQ section in the menu for assistance.
• For privacy protection, location information is used only within the device and never transmitted externally.
• Advertisements are displayed at the bottom of the service for operational purposes.

• [Optional] Access precise location only in the foreground: Used for collecting location data for 'current location air quality information' function and ad support.
• [Optional] Access location information in the background: Collects location data even when the app is closed for 'current location air quality notifications,' 'current location widget auto-refresh,' and ad support.
• [Optional] Request to ignore battery optimization: Needed for supporting background access to location information smoothly.
• [Required] Full network access, view network connections: Necessary for providing overall information and ads over the internet.
• [Required] Vibration control: Required for vibrating notifications.

• The Air Quality Information app offers a premium version. The differences between the basic version and premium version include:
• • No ads in the premium version.
  • Increase of widget usage slots in premium version from 5 to 10.
  • Faster widget refresh rate in premium version compared to basic version.
  • An increase in the number of favorite areas supported in premium versus basic versions.
  
  
  Kindly note that there are limitations imposed due to service operation considerations. The premium version concept aims at supporting app development and maintenance; however, there are no significant inconveniences in using the basic version.
