DART is an O2O electric scooter sharing service based on real-time communication technology. While public transportation is convenient for most people, it may not be perfect for everyone. DART fills this gap with its micro-mobility sharing service, allowing everyone to have a smooth and enjoyable mode of transportation. DART is constantly creating various services to ensure that everyone has a seamless and fun travel experience.

How to Use DART:
- Download the app.
- Create an account.
- Find a DART electric scooter and unlock it by scanning the QR code or entering the code manually.
- Review road rules and safety guidelines.
- Enjoy a smooth ride with DART.
- When you reach your destination, park in a safe location and take a photo before returning it.
- The usage fee will be automatically charged to your registered card upon return.
DART Safety Guidelines:
- First, obtain a valid driver's license. (A motorcycle license or moped license is required.)
- Second, wear a helmet for safety.
- Third, riding with more than one person is prohibited. One rider per scooter.
- Fourth, do not operate the electric scooter under the influence of alcohol.
- Fifth, establish proper parking etiquette. Do not park on sidewalks, roads, or any location that may inconvenience others.
