App Access Permission Guide

In compliance with Article 22(2) of the Information and Communication Network Act, effective from March 23, 2017, we hereby provide information on essential access permissions required when using the app.

Essential Access Permissions

• UUID (Universally Unique Identifier): Identification and tracking of devices (optimized service and error checking for usability improvement)

Optional Access Permissions

• Photos/Media: Writing product inquiries and reviews
• Camera: Taking photos and videos for product inquiries and reviews
• Contacts: Sending gifts (mobile gift certificates/exchange vouchers)
• Physical Activity: Using step tracking feature and measuring user's step count

Note that optional access permissions require your agreement when using the related features. However, even if you do not agree, other services apart from the related feature can still be used.

Other Information

• Your agreement for optional access permissions is obtained at the time they are required. You can still use the service without giving your agreement.
• You can also change the settings in your phone by going to "Settings > Application Management > Tool Market > App Permissions".
• For Android versions below 6.0, individual agreement for optional access permissions is not possible, and only a collective agreement for all items is available. We recommend updating to version 6.0 or above for seamless service usage.
