Key features include mobile access, online payment of parking and property fees, parking management, a community directory, maintenance requests, and moving permissions.

Regarding Facial Recognition Privacy:

1. Facial Recognition Integration: This feature ensures that uploaded facial photographs meet specific facial characteristics through the app's facial recognition functionality. The collected facial data is exclusively utilized for entry access and is not shared for any other purpose. This service is designed to enhance convenience for Longguang residents by capturing faces that pass by and sending them to a backend system to compare against third-party facial recognition APIs. Residents can upload relevant images via the app; upon successful submission, the property management team must review and approve the information in the system before it becomes operational.
2. This feature is solely aimed at enabling users to upload images without any ulterior use. Given that facial data is classified as sensitive information, all related interfaces require authorization at the foundational platform level (OAuth 2.0 protocol).
