How good it is to bless from a prayer book that will not distract you, and to focus on every word. As the "Mishnah Berurah" (Siman 105:1) says, "One who is meticulous should be careful to bless with a book before him, not by heart."

Prayer is a matter of the heart, and it requires consistency and sincere intention to focus on what one is uttering, not to think of other matters, and also to say all the special additions that exist during changing times such as "Yaaleh V'yavo" on Rosh Chodesh and similar occasions. Therefore, it is beneficial for a person to accustom themselves to pray from a prayer book, and it will help him on Rosh Chodesh so he won't forget to say "Yaaleh V'yavo," as hinted in the Book of Esther (9:25) "With the scroll" - meaning if he recites the prayer with an open book before him, then "his evil calculations will cease" - he will not err and will not think improper thoughts during the prayer.

In recent years, various computerized devices have become widespread everywhere, leading to the development of numerous Torah observant and commandment-focused applications, with most prayer books available as well. These applications mainly cater to other communities with different versions for Sephardim and Ashkenazim. This has prompted a demand for the congregation of Yemenite holy community to develop an application for the prayer book in their traditional Yemenite - Baladi version, which is crucial for their use.

For those who already possess smartphones and are in need of praying from them. It is not sufficient to indulge these types of devices, as great scholars have expressed their disapproval of them unless special permission was granted. Hence, we have exerted great effort in acquiring digitized texts based on accepted versions and traditions in order to benefit the majority.

• The first online Baladi prayer book version 0.1 includes daily prayers and blessings, events, festivals, and life cycle ceremonies.
• The layout is specifically designed for various mobile devices in large fonts with full punctuation.
• Sabbath and holiday prayers are not included in the prayer book due to the complete prohibition against using mobile devices on those days.
• Prayers are supplemented with explanations and brief halachic passages.
• The prayer book is continuous without skipping or references for external consultation; everything is arranged step by step.
• Features include zoom in/out options, quick skipping to specific blessings or sections.
• Easy navigation via a content map directly within the prayer book application.
• The prayer book can be viewed on mobile devices without an internet connection.
