Online payments for Traffic Police fines are handled through NCO “MONETA.RU” (license from Bank of Russia No. 3508-K dated July 2, 2012) and LLC “A3” (funds are processed by PAO “Promsvyazbank”, license No. 3251 dated May 12, 1995).
