The MedTochka application is linked to the ProDoctors website and partner clinics. If you have an appointment with a specialist through the website or clinic, the appointment information will appear in your MedTochka account. The app will send a notification the day before the appointment.

• Store all medical documents in an electronic medical card

No longer need to carry multiple papers or use up phone memory for document photos and scans. Upload diagnoses, prescriptions, test results, and examinations to the electronic medical card in MedTochka. Any doctor can view them if you provide temporary access to your medical card.

• Plan, reschedule, or cancel appointments

Want to schedule quickly? Looking for a doctor in the evening when clinics are closed? Don't like talking on the phone? Book appointments online through the MedTochka app (or ProDoctors website). And if plans change, simply reschedule or cancel with one click.

Online medicine is becoming more accessible. With MedTochka, you can consult with a doctor from anywhere in the world. Communicate via chat or video call and receive treatment recommendations.

Share your experience of the appointment on the ProDoctors website. The review information will automatically appear in MedTochka: you can check the review status and once published, see how many people your experience helped choose a better doctor.
