• Create a password
• Provide your email address

How to add your personal account number?

1. Locate your personal account number on your electricity bill from ZOEK.
2. Enter your personal account number and your last name in the designated menu.

Your personal account number has been successfully added. You can now submit meter readings, view your billing history, and pay for electricity directly through the app.

How to pay for electricity from Zhytomyroblenergo using the Zhytomyr Energo mobile application?

1. Navigate to the "Payment" menu.
2. Enter the amount you wish to pay.
3. Proceed to the next menu and enter your card details as required by the system.

Your payment has been successfully processed, and your debt amount will be updated instantly!

• 03.01.2021

would be recorded as being taken on 31.12.2020.
