To view your medical record, it is necessary to request access to the record on the mos.ru portal.

To schedule an appointment with a doctor, you need:

1. A Moscow-based public health insurance policy;
2. Attachment to any Moscow city clinic.

IMPORTANT:

The application connects to the EMIAS information system, retrieving information about doctors' schedules, your current appointments/directions, and sending requests for new appointments or rescheduling. Therefore, the application cannot influence the following situations:

• The EMIAS information system is unavailable or undergoing technical maintenance;
• Attachment to a specific clinic is not available (or has been lost);
• Your public health insurance policy is not available in the city's public health insurance fund databases.
