For a healthier life, conveniently access the public service through your mobile device.

★ Installation/Update Error

If you encounter any installation or update errors, please delete the Play Store data and then install The Health Insurance app.

Method: Settings → Applications (App Info) → Play Store → Storage → Clear Data

1. Service for Complaints

• You can fax five types of certificates, such as qualification confirmation and insurance premium payment confirmation, to the submitting organization.
• You can use services such as insurance premium inquiry/payment, refund inquiry/application, and viewing medical treatment records.

2. Health iN

• You can check information about your own and your family's (including infants) health check-ups, medical treatments, and medication history.
• Based on health check-up results, you can predict your health age and the risk of developing diseases.
• You can proactively assess the regional risk level of major diseases (8 types) through the National Health Alarm service.
• You can manage your health by directly recording blood pressure, blood sugar, and other health indicators or by connecting compatible devices.

3. Long-term Care Insurance

• You can use various long-term care public services, such as long-term care application, grade determination result, and home care service usage history.

4. Customer Center

• You can register consultation inquiries, participate in chat consultations, and use sign language consultation services for individuals with hearing or speech impairment to address any questions or concerns you may have.
• In order to create a public corporation centered around the public, we operate a citizen proposal and debate forum.
• You can report facilities providing unfair claims or services and make suggestions to promote efficient budget management and cost reduction for national health insurance.

5. Other Features

• You can log in and use the app with various certification methods, including public, financial, private, and health insurance certifications.
• You can set up a widget to display health alert information about major diseases by region.
• You can access the certificate issuance screen directly using the quick action feature.

App Permissions Information

• Storage: Accesses photos, media, and files to store certificates and check for operating system tampering for enhanced security.

[Optional]

If you do not agree with these permissions, you can still use The Health Insurance app, but some services may be limited.

• Microphone: Used for sign language consultations and voice search.
• Physical Activity: Step count tracking.
• Location: Used for searching nearby clinics and branches.
• Camera: Used for sign language consultations.
• Others: Bluetooth (for registering blood pressure, blood sugar, step count), vibration, etc.

Note

If you are using an Android smartphone with a version below 6.0, there may be issues with selective access permissions in The Health Insurance mobile app (consent will be considered given upon installation). Therefore, if possible, it is recommended to use the software update function on your smartphone to upgrade the operating system to Android 6.0 or above. Also, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed upon in the existing app will not change. To reconfigure the access permissions, you must uninstall the app and reinstall it.
