The Daum Mail app is compatible with Android OS 5.0 or higher. It offers a variety of key features that enhance your email experience:

1. Multiple account support: Check all your messages from various email accounts (work, school, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, etc.) in one convenient app.
2. Conversation view: Easily navigate through your sent and received messages in a thread view. You can customize this setting in the preferences.
3. Filters: Organize your messages with four different types of filters. Quickly access your starred, attached, and unread messages with a single click.
4. Preview attachment: View all attached images at once using the "attachment list" feature. Additionally, you can easily access the file with the "thumbnail view" while composing or reading a message.
5. Swipe function: Archive or delete your messages by simply swiping them. You can modify this default behavior in the settings.
6. Reminder alarm: Set alarms for important messages that require follow-up, such as meeting invitations or reservations. Be notified at the scheduled time.
7. Easy reply: Respond to emails directly while reading them. Just tap on the bottom of the message and reply effortlessly.
8. Emoji support: Personalize your emails with expressive emojis. Show your emotions when writing to your loved ones.
9. Passcode lock: Keep your messages secure even if you lose your phone. Protect your emails from unauthorized access.
10. Widget: Stay updated on new messages without opening the app. Use our new widget for quick self-messaging with a single tap.
11. Tablet view support: Enjoy an optimized mail experience tailored for tablet devices. Take advantage of the wider screen for a more comfortable viewing experience.

The Daum Mail app provides support for various email providers including Google Gmail, Yahoo mail, AOL mail, iCloud, Microsoft Hotmail, Outlook, MSN, GMX, Naver, Daum (hanmail), Nate, QQ, 163, 126, and more.

Selective permissions:

• Storage: Required to selectively grant permission to send photos and videos to the Daum Mail app.
• Contacts: 1) Required to selectively grant permission to access email addresses registered on your device. 2) This permission is necessary to obtain Google account information registered on the device.
• Camera: Required to selectively grant permission to take photos and send them via the Daum Mail app.

You can still use the app without granting selective permissions. However, please note that some features may not function properly if you choose not to grant these permissions.

If you are using Android OS version lower than 6.0, it is recommended to check if your device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade to version 6.0 or higher, as lower versions do not support selective permissions.
