- App Access Permissions Guide -

We would like to provide information on the access permissions used by Hana Bank.

Access permissions are divided into required access permissions and optional access permissions. If you do not agree to the required access permissions, the use of Hana 1Q corporate services will be restricted. For optional access permissions, you can choose not to agree, but there may be limitations on the use of certain functions.

* For Android versions below 6.0, all permissions must be agreed upon installation in order to use the service normally.

Required Access Permissions:

• Phone: Necessary for making calls and verifying phone status and ID for authorization purposes.
• Storage: Required for access to photos, media, and files in order to store public certificates and to check for OS tampering for security enhancement.
• Contacts: Used to read contacts.

Optional Access Permissions:

• Notifications: Used to receive push notifications and payment information.
• Location Information: Used for finding branches/ATMs through location search.
• Camera: Used for non-face-to-face ID card OCR and video calls.
• Microphone: Used for video calls.

You can change your consent status at any time in Settings > Applications > Hana Bank.
