The Emart app sets permissions differently depending on the Android operating system version. For Android versions 13.0 and above, optional access permissions for 'notifications' have been added.

For Android versions 10.0 and above, access permissions for 'storage' and 'phone' are no longer necessary, which were previously considered essential access permissions. However, for smartphones running on Android versions below 10.0, access permissions for 'storage' and 'phone' are still necessary as essential access permissions.

The Emart app has been developed to allow users to individually select access permissions according to Android versions 6.0 and above. If you are using a smartphone with an Android version below 6.0, you cannot selectively agree to optional access permissions.

Since the consent method has changed significantly from Android version 6.0 onwards, if you want to refuse optional access permissions and still use the Emart app, please check if you can upgrade your smartphone's operating system to version 6.0 or higher and do the upgrade. Even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed upon in the existing app will not change, so to reset the permissions, please delete the previously installed Emart app and reinstall it.
