2. To safeguard caregiver privacy, members must pass a credit card verification (without charging any amount) before searching for appointments.
3. In order to maintain care quality, "uCarer" currently does not offer continuous 24-hour bookings with a single caregiver.
4. Caregivers require a minimum service time of 3 hours for caregivers/nurses, 1 hour for physical therapists and occupational therapists, and artists requiring an hour of service. A single service provider's maximum service hours are limited to 18 hours; for continuous care needs over 24 hours, two to three individuals can be rotated for caregiving.
