Mobile Suica is an app provided by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) that allows you to use Suica on your smartphone. With the app, you can issue and charge Suica, as well as purchase regular tickets. You can easily use it to board trains and buses, and for cashless payments with just a simple "tap" of your smartphone. By registering for "JRE POINT," you can earn points when riding JR East trains. You can also charge those accumulated points onto your Suica.

What you can do with Mobile Suica:

• If you have the Mobile Suica app, you can easily start living a cashless life with just one smartphone. Even if you don't have a physical Suica card, you can issue a new one through the app. If you have a Suica commuter pass, you can import it onto your smartphone and use it from there.
• You can choose from two payment options:
• 1. Credit cards registered in the Mobile Suica app*
  2. Credit cards set up in Google Pay
• *Registering View Card allows you to use "Auto-Charge."

Mobile Suica is available nationwide:

• It can be used on various transportation systems such as railways and buses across Japan*.
• *Including Suica, PASMO, icsca, ryuto, SAPICA, Kitaca, ICAS nimoca, TOICA, manaca, ICOCA, PiTaPa, SUGOCA, nimoca, hayakaken, and OKICA areas.
• It can also be used for payments at shops and online shopping nationwide that have the IC logo.

You can use Mobile Suica for:

• Using commuter passes, Suica Green tickets, and discounted tickets:
• • Charging and setting up Auto-Charge on Suica
  • Checking electronic money balance and usage history
  • Importing Suica commuter passes (cards)
  • Purchasing and refunding commuter passes, Suica Green tickets, and discounted tickets
  • Printing receipts (through the member-only website)

Things to consider when using Mobile Suica:

• You need a Mobile Suica compatible smartphone to use the service. Please check the Mobile Suica website for compatible models.
• Depending on the model, you can set up multiple Suica cards. To use the service, you need to set a "main card" in the mobile wallet app.
• If your device is lost or damaged, you can reissue and re-register it (stop usage) through the member-only website.
• Please ensure that you have configured your email settings to receive emails from [email protected].

Enhance convenience with various app and service integrations:

• JRE POINT: By registering Mobile Suica to JRE POINT, you can accumulate points when using it at participating JRE POINT stores and JR East trains. Especially for train rides, you can earn more points compared to using a physical Suica card.
• Touch de Go! Shinkansen: With the Mobile Suica app, you can register for "Touch de Go! Shinkansen" (registration is also carried over from importing Suica from a physical card). You can board Shinkansen unreserved seats with your charging balance (no advance reservation required).
• Shinkansen e-Ticket Service: By registering with "Eki-net" and adding Suica as an IC card information, you can use various JR East shinkansen without receiving a physical ticket from ticket machines or at the green window. Early applicants can also enjoy discounts with "Eki-net Tokudane" and "O-Saki ni Tokudane".
• Express Reservation: By separately registering for JR Central's "Express Reservation" service (paid service), you can also use it along with Mobile Suica.
