"Electronic Home" is a service provided by the Government of Moscow for residents of multi-apartment buildings. Its purpose is to provide citizens with an efficient tool for managing and servicing their own housing in a multi-apartment building through a mobile application or personal account on the ed.mos.ru website. Now Muscovites have the opportunity to:

• Conduct general meetings of owners in electronic format;
• Initiate surveys among neighbors;
• Communicate with neighbors in a communal chat;
• Publish announcements and announcements;
• Receive information from neighbors in electronic form;
• Resolve issues and report problems with the apartment and building through online applications;
• Pay utility bills online;
• Receive up-to-date information about emergencies and planned maintenance work in the building;
• Stay informed about the activities of their property management organization and interact with them;
• Find out news about the building and the neighborhood;
• Receive useful information about housing and utilities in an easy and accessible form through project editorial texts.
