The user interface allows for the creation of an unlimited number of folders, enabling you to organize your documents in a manner most convenient for you. If necessary, any document can be displayed simultaneously in multiple folders to facilitate easy access and categorization.

Predefined templates are provided for all commonly used documents. However, Archivarius imposes no restrictions on customization; you are free to create any template for non-standard documents and use it alongside the built-in options.

This application allows you to organize a personal collection of wine labels or to systematically archive payment receipts—its capabilities are limited only by your imagination.

Archivarius streamlines the process of completing visa application forms for Schengen zone countries. By entering your data once in the program, you can generate a neatly filled visa application form for your selected country. In subsequent uses, your information will be auto-filled, requiring only minor updates such as travel dates, duration, destination city, last visa details, and automatically completed consent to personal data processing.

The creation of new documents is simplified through a system of personal profiles. You no longer need to repeatedly enter identical information such as full name, date of birth, or place of residence. Instead, simply select the relevant profile icon during document creation, and a portion of your data will be automatically populated.

Files in PDF, Word, Excel formats, or photocopies of original documents can be attached to each record. These attachments can be edited with an integrated image editor—cropping unnecessary borders or highlighting specific areas. Swiping left on the screen gives quick access to view attached files and images.

Each document in Archivarius can be assigned a distinctive avatar—such as a photograph of the document owner or another identifying image—facilitating rapid retrieval among numerous similar entries.

If you prefer not to spend time selecting templates and inputting extensive data, you can simply create a document based solely on its photograph. This feature allows you to maintain an organized archive of photocopies of your documents, protected by robust encryption algorithms.

Documents stored within your archive can be easily shared via email, SMS, printed directly from the app, or sent through popular messaging platforms.

For users utilizing multiple iOS devices, synchronization mechanisms ensure that any data modifications on one device are automatically propagated across all your devices.
