4. Exclusive Products: Experience KB Smart★Phone Savings/Time Deposits, which can only be subscribed through smartphones, via KB Star Banking Mini.
5. Security Center: Utilize the "Anti-Phishing Image" settings that can be viewed on any screen of KB Star Banking Mini to ensure safer usage. Check various security services such as "Designated Usage Phone", "Security SMS Service", and "New Deposit Account Designation Service".

■ Usage Guide

• Target: Customers who have registered for KB Kookmin Bank's personal internet banking
• Service usage is restricted in the case of operating systems that have been tampered with, such as rooting, in order to ensure safe financial transactions.
• It can be downloaded through mobile carriers' 3G/LTE and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Please note that if the data usage exceeds the capacity defined by the fixed rate plan for 3G/LTE, data charges may apply.

■ Notification Regarding App Permissions

※ Based on Article 22-2 (Consent for Permission) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as the Enforcement Decree, we provide information below regarding the necessary app permissions for KB Star Banking Mini services:

【Essential Permissions】

• Installed Apps: Used to detect potential threats among the applications installed on your smartphone in order to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

【Optional Permissions】

• Phone: Access permission for phone status and device information, and dialing phone calls. Used when using services such as "Designated Usage Phone", "Smart OTP", mobile phone identity verification, version check within banking settings, issuing financial/joint certificates, and dialing to the customer support center.
• Storage: Access permission for device photos, media, and files. Used when performing actions such as saving, modifying, deleting, and reading certificates.
• Contacts: Access permission to access contacts. Used when retrieving contact information for sending transfer result SMS notifications.

※ Even if you do not agree to the optional permissions, you can still use KB Star Banking Mini services. However, there may be limitations on certain functions, and permission settings can be changed under "Smartphone Settings - Applications - KB Star Banking Mini - Permissions" menu.

■ If you are using an Android OS version below 6.0, all permissions may be applied as essential permissions without optional permissions. In this case, please check if you can upgrade the operating system to Android 6.0 or higher. Once upgraded, you need to uninstall and reinstall the already installed app for normal permission settings.
