The Timeinout application offers a comprehensive attendance management system usable across all smartphones and PCs.

1. Employee Attendance Management
   • Utilizes various conditions, including GPS, Wi-Fi, and Beacon technology, to accurately and effortlessly manage work attendance records.
2. Leave Management
   • Employees can submit leave requests through the app, allowing company administrators to efficiently approve or deny requests, thereby smartly managing employee leaves.
3. Diverse Management Features
   • Ability to create multiple work locations.
   • Employees can be organized into groups for streamlined management.
   • Various attendance conditions can be configured.

Device Location Permissions:
The Timeinout app requires location permissions to utilize Bluetooth beacon scanning, GPS, and Wi-Fi functionalities during worksite verification. To enable the automatic check-in feature using beacons, users must select "Allow only while using the app." Choosing "Deny" will deactivate this functionality.

Facial Recognition (Optional Service):
To prevent unauthorized access depending on the workplace, facial recognition technology is employed. The coordinates of the initially registered user photograph are stored in a database, which are then compared with the coordinates of photos taken during check-in/out to verify user authenticity. Photos are deleted after coordinate extraction for privacy protection.
