Korean Railroad Corporation is committed to ensuring a more comfortable and pleasant experience for passengers by addressing complaints related to the use of electric trains.

In case of emergency situations while using electric trains, quick complaint reporting and prompt resolution are essential. KORAIL will identify the complaint location within the train you boarded (including passenger compartment location) and collaborate with train attendants, call centers (Metropolitan Situation Team) to ensure the fastest and promptest response to safeguard your safety.

Main Features of KORAIL Subway Talk

• Complaint Reporting: Various quick complaint reporting menus available:
  • - Assault/Sexual Harassment/Emergency: Sexual harassment, illegal filming, assault (fight), emergency patient.
  • - Heating/Cooling: Too hot/too cold inside the electric train.
  • - Disruption of Order: Moving vendors, disturbances, drunk passengers, homeless individuals, begging, proselytizing (speech).
  • - Announcements: No destination announcement broadcast, loud volume, low volume.
  • - Facilities: Malfunctioning passenger compartment destination indicator, leaking air conditioning, broken lighting (fluorescent lamp), faulty aisle handle.
  • - Environmental Complaints: Debris, sewage, request for passenger compartment ventilation.
