안전Dream is a free application provided by the National Police Agency's Center for Child, Women, and Disabled Police Support. It supports the reporting and swift rescue activities for crimes against socially vulnerable groups that are increasing every year. Key features include:

• Registering personal information of children (family members) who may be at risk of going missing in order to facilitate prompt action
• Quick dissemination of information through social media sharing when reporting or providing tips
• Reporting function for those who are experiencing difficult situations such as school violence, sexual exploitation, and other forms of suffering that may be hard to talk about
• Ability to search for nearby facilities related to personal safety

Key services offered by 안전Dream include:

• 찾아주세요 182 (Please Find 182): Reporting function when a child (under the age of 18), intellectually disabled person, or dementia patient goes missing or needs protection. You can save the personal information of your child (as a parent) in advance to ensure prompt reporting in case of a disappearance. You can also provide tips if you come across a lost child (under the age of 18), intellectually disabled person, or dementia patient.
• 도와주세요 117 (Please Help 117): Reporting function for cases related to sexual violence, school violence, domestic violence, etc. You can immediately take a photo and provide a report when reporting an illegal establishment. You can also send your current location when making a report.
• 신고전화 (Report Phone Calls): Directly call the Missing Children Search Center (☎182) and the Emergency Support Center for School and Women Violence Victims (☎117) for immediate reporting and counseling.
• 실종아동등 검색 (Search for Missing Children, etc.): Function to search, investigate, and report missing children, as well as those being protected by authorities.
• 알림 서비스 (Notification Service): Function to check and report missing children when an alert is issued. It also provides various press releases about missing children, sexual violence, school violence, hazardous environments, and domestic violence.
• 안전지도 (Safety Map): Function to search for childcare centers and other protective facilities near you for personal safety. It also allows you to send SMS messages with location information about safety facilities using GPS functionality. You can save the information of the reporter in advance for quick reporting, and you can automatically link it to your SNS account when reporting a missing child, etc.
