Service Targets:

• Open to all customers: providing financial management information and customer inquiry services.
• Exclusive to online banking customers: in addition to financial information and customer inquiries, account-related inquiries and transactions are allowed. To access the app, users must first complete the initial setup on the online banking platform to enjoy seamless financial services.

Service Features:

• Account Inquiries: view account balances, transaction details in local and foreign currencies, fund balance changes, loan details, daily payment responses, and collection details.
• Fund Transfers: immediate/scheduled transfers between designated/nondesignated accounts in local currency.
• Payment Services: settle student loan principal/interest payments, credit card charges, school fees, other dues, National Pension contributions, labor insurance premiums/retirement funds, various taxes, with convenient links to national payment services.
• Foreign Exchange Services: currency conversions between local and foreign deposit accounts, and more.
• Time Deposit Services: convert savings deposits to fixed deposits in local or foreign currencies, handle fixed deposit cancellations, and more.
• Investment Services: fund subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, adjustments, and balance inquiries.
• Report Lost/Stolen: mechanism for flagging lost passbooks and seals.
