【Services Provided】

1. Service status updates (push notifications, affected sections, service status, etc.)
Push notifications will inform customers on their registered routes of train delays or cancellations, displaying the affected sections and service status. Tapping 'View' on the notification screen will show detailed information. If the situation allows, information about alternative transportation or resumption times when services are disrupted will also be provided.
2. Train location tracking
Displays the current train location at stations or between stations along with delay time, train type, destination, and number of cars to help customers plan their train journey. Additionally, from the details of an express train, a link to our internet reservation and ticketing service site is provided for smooth ticket purchasing.
3. Express seat availability search and purchase
Allows users to search for our express trains (excluding special services) based on departure and arrival stations, date, etc., then links to our internet reservation service for easy ticket booking. Registered trains can be tagged as "Frequently Used Express" (up to 10) for quicker future searches. For certain express services like Urban Liner and Shimakaze, searches can be made up to a month in advance.
4. Train departure information
By tapping on a station displayed in the train tracking screen, users can check departure details for the next three trains including departure time, type, destination, platform number, and delays at stations marked with "Departure Information." Pre-registering favorite stations and directions (up to six) will display them on the app's home screen for convenience.
5. Detour route search
In the event of delays or disruptions on desired routes, users can search for alternative routes (including other railway lines) to reach their destination. If available, detour routes are presented with standard travel times and transfer details. For substitute transportation routes, distances and travel times to the nearest station on those lines are presented on an inclusive map.
6. Schedule information
Presents station schedules for our railway lines as well as Kintetsu Bus, Nara Kotsu bus, and Mie Kotsu bus schedules.
7. Railway usage information
Includes services such as web delay certificates or internet reservation and ticket sales for express trains (*Linked mainly to Kintetsu Group websites or apps). Do note that using these services will prompt launching your preferred browser or application independently from this app.
