The Taichung Veterans General Hospital Mobile Service App is a comprehensive mobile query service system that allows the public to enjoy easy and convenient medical query services anytime, anywhere using smartphones and tablets.

The service includes:

1. Medical Guidance:
   1. Hospital Information: Introduction to the history and recent developments of the Taichung Veterans General Hospital.
   2. Directions: Providing detailed information on hospital maps, transportation routes, public transportation options, parking information, electronic map route planning, and other comprehensive transportation details to the hospital.
   3. Physician Specialties: Displaying information on physician specialties by department and individual doctors.
2. Prescription Information: Users can search for prescription-related information and medication guidance by drug name or code, or by scanning the QR code on the hospital's prescription bag.
3. Health Education Information: Query relevant health education information based on departments and types of diseases.
4. Appointment Services:
   1. Mobile Registration: Providing outpatient appointment registration services for visitors to the hospital, including initial and follow-up appointment procedures. During registration, users can instantly check various department appointment schedules and availability status, such as appointment availability, clinic closures, and proxy information.
   2. Chronic Prescription Reservation: Directly reserve medication for chronic prescriptions.
5. Progress Inquiry:
   1. Clinical Progress Inquiry: Providing outpatient clinical progress information to enable patients to conveniently access clinical information while traveling to the hospital (by department or individual), making it easier to arrange their clinic visit schedules.
