"Weather in Your Pocket" is a mobile application developed by the Belarusian Hydrometeorological Center (Belgidromet) for Android platforms version 4.1 and above, with a minimum screen resolution of 854x480 pixels.

The application, created by the Directorate for Geoinformation Systems, provides users with real-time data on actual weather conditions, hydrological, agrometeorological, and radiation-environmental situations across various locations in the Republic of Belarus. This data is derived from automated processing of measurements collected at observation points within Belgidromet's national monitoring network.

Storm warnings issued by Belgidromet are prepared in advance, while alerts regarding hazardous and adverse meteorological phenomena are generated as events arise.

Predictive meteorological data is computed automatically utilizing numerical weather models such as GFS and WRF, without manual oversight or correction. The WRF model calculations are performed using the computational resources available at Belgidromet.

The application offers standard services allowing users to select a location and view corresponding data. Additionally, it features a profile setup that is tailored to specific user groups, including gardeners, anglers, and nature enthusiasts.
