• The "Photo Report" document allows the merchandiser to create photo reports with photos linked to specific positions or clients.

By using GPS coordinates, it becomes possible to track the start and end times of the sales representative's work "in the field"; the route taken by the sales representative, ultimately leading to improved discipline and staff accountability. The operation log keeps track of all key actions of the mobile sales representative, enabling the establishment of an optimal staff motivation system in the future, as well as improving discipline in handling cash received from clients.

While working at a retail point, the sales representative enters orders based on actual product stock levels in the warehouse, reducing the chances of product shortages. The PDA also monitors restrictions set for each specific point – limits, outstanding balances, and more.
