The "România Sălbatică" application aims to keep users continually connected to nature while enhancing their understanding of the importance of biodiversity in Romania.

Through this application, users can:

• Explore the natural regions of Romania, including the Carpathian Mountains, virgin forests, the Danube and Delta, and the Black Sea or biogeographical regions;
• Engage with an interactive quiz designed to uncover new insights about nature and ways to protect it, featuring animated characters from the animal kingdom;
• Follow a nature calendar that highlights significant events occurring in nature, such as the mountain rooster's display, seasonal migrations, flowering periods of various plant species, the roaring of deer, and many more;
• Learn about Romania's national and natural parks as well as other protected natural areas;
• Receive advice and recommendations regarding regions and trails, or where to observe specific animal or plant species;
• Admire stunning photographs of landscapes, fauna, and flora captured by members of Forona (the Romanian Nature Photographers Organization).
