• Additional Information
• • NH Pay can only be used with the mobile phone owned by the user (one device per person).
  • When verifying your identity using card information, the mobile phone number you registered with NH Nonghyup Card must match the one you are currently using.
  • The NH Pay app cannot be used on smartphones that have been modified for security reasons.
  • For customer privacy and secure transactions, offline payments are only possible when connected to a mobile network (3G/LTE/5G, etc.).
  • Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID, etc.) is only available on smartphones that support such features.
  • Cards without registered passwords may have limited functionality to prevent unauthorized use.
  • Cash withdrawal (ATM) service is only available for one NH Pay-registered card. The withdrawal limit is 500,000 KRW per transaction and per day.
  • Gift cards do not support offline payment methods such as barcode or QR code.
  • Access to certain services may be restricted depending on the membership requirements.

  • Optional Permissions:

  • Notifications: Used to receive push notification messages.

• You can still use the NH Pay services excluding the optional permissions.
