G7 Subscriber is the first taxi ordering application in Paris and Ile-de-France designed exclusively for G7 subscribers. It aims to simplify the process of booking a taxi for both professionals and private individuals.

With just one click on your smartphone, you can easily book a taxi and receive priority access to our network of 9,000 selected and G7-trained taxi drivers, ensuring the highest service quality standards.

Booking a G7 taxi has never been easier:

• Launch the app and let it detect your current location. Tap on "now" to order a taxi immediately or choose "later" for a future booking up to 30 days in advance.
• You can also manually enter your starting address using the input assistance feature or select an address from your favorite address book.
• If desired, select the specific service category within your subscription:

1. G7 Green: Europe's leading eco-responsible fleet with 4,500 hybrid or electric vehicles
2. G7 Van: ideal for group travel of up to 7 people
3. G7 Van VIP: provides VIP comfort and services for up to 7 people
4. G7 Family: includes booster seats and baby seats
5. G7 Access: offers taxis with access ramps for people with reduced mobility

• Customize your order with additional options:

1. English-speaking driver
2. Pets allowed in the vehicle
3. Third-party payment

You can track the arrival of your taxi in real-time on the map and communicate with your driver or a telephone advisor if needed. Information about your assigned taxi, such as registration number, make, and color, is also available.

After completing your journey, you have the option to evaluate the service provided.
