The evaluation axes used in the calculation are determined statistically based on research data.
2. Self-control every day with effective autonomic nerve exercise videos!
This app features "self-exercises" developed by Professor Hiroyuki Kobayashi, which allow simultaneous training of autonomic nerve function and physical fitness. The exercise videos enable you to adjust your autonomic nerve using gentle movements that minimize stress.
3. Reflect on your Inner Power and visualize the rhythm of your disturbed autonomic nerve.
By continuously measuring every day, you can easily understand the tendencies of changes in your Inner Power. You can analyze changes and Inner Power from the data. In addition, the tag function allows you to record your state at the time of Inner Power measurement, enabling you to manage changes in Inner Power due to lifestyle rhythm and overall physical condition.

Reliability of Autonomic Nerve Analysis:

This app has repeatedly conducted calibration through simultaneous measurement with a special sensor called "M-BIT," which can acquire electrocardiographic signals, achieving a correlation coefficient of 0.7 or higher. In terms of heart rate, the correlation coefficient is 0.99. This research is planned to be published as a joint study conducted by Professor Hiroyuki Kobayashi from Juntendo University School of Medicine and BITAS Corporation.
