This is a free app that displays tidal information for all of Japan. It assists those interested in tides and weather (temperature, rain, wind).

Easy to use with quick access to desired information. Besides tides, other information is also shown compactly on one screen.

• Weather: View weather information every 3 hours for up to 5 days.
• Alerts: Simultaneously check weather alerts released by the Japan Meteorological Agency.
• Terrain: Wind direction/speed along with map-based terrain information.

You can register your favorite locations and receive weather forecasts based on those points of interest.

Main Display Data:

1. Tidal Information: Tide graphs, tide levels, tidal names, tidal times.
2. Weather Forecast: Temperature, humidity, clouds, precipitation, wind direction/speed, pressure.
3. Moonphase/Moonshadow.
4. Sunrise/Sunset.

6. Japan Meteorological Agency data: Weather alerts and advisories.

Beta Features:

- Application of suction effect to Tide Graphs: In the center of typhoons or low-pressure systems where the pressure is lower than the surrounding areas, the higher-pressure air from around pushes down seawater and creates an effect where the air near the center draws up seawater resulting in a rise in sea levels. It is said that for every 1 hectopascal (hPa) drop in pressure, the tide rises about 1 centimeter. This app calculates this based on past weather data from the Japan Meteorological Agency.

- Display of High-Resolution Rain Nowcasts: The Japan Meteorological Agency analyzes and predicts the distribution of precipitation areas at high resolution through "High-Resolution Rain Nowcasts." They use data from meteorological Doppler radars, observations from around 10,000 rain gauges owned by the Japan Meteorological Agency, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and local governments, upper-level observations from wind profilers and radiosondes, as well as data from XRAIN by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to analyze precipitation areas in-depth.
