• Having a mini heart attack because you can't find your card? Better turn it off! In your app, you will find the option to turn off your card to prevent unauthorized use and turn it on when you have found it.
• If you identify an unrecognized charge, no need to call! If the charge is less than $500 MN, you can file a claim from your app and have the refund immediately credited online.
• Have you realized which is the best payroll account? Switch to BBVA from your app and enjoy all the advantages! Your employer will continue depositing your salary into the same account, which will then be automatically transferred to your BBVA account.

Something you should know...

• Maximum security: Your transaction data is transmitted securely and not stored on your mobile phone.
• If you lose your mobile phone, no one can access your account because only you know the access password and you can cancel it by calling the BBVA Line.
• You can use BBVA Mexico with the same password as the rest of the BBVA apps.
• The data collected during the app tracking transparency presentation will only be used for tracking purposes.
