The Electronic Signature Bank K application is designed for customers of KB Kookmin Bank accessing through the KB Star Banking platform, enabling them to perform electronic signatures for real estate mortgage loans directly from their smartphones.

Electronic Signature Bank K Usage Instructions:

1. Install both the KB Star Banking and Electronic Signature Bank K applications in advance.
2. Log in to the KB Star Banking app using your joint certificate (formerly known as the certified digital signature) and navigate to "Loan > Status > Mortgage Loan Electronic Signature."
3. Select "Sign Electronically" within the mortgage loan section, which will launch the application.
4. Once the Electronic Signature Bank K application is open, log in using the joint certificate registered with KB Kookmin Bank.
5. Review the registration documents (such as the establishment contract and power of attorney) and complete the electronic signature with your joint certificate to confirm completion.
6. After completing the electronic signature, choose "Return to KB Star Banking."
7. The results of the electronic signature can be viewed within the KB Star Banking app.

Note: This application cannot be used if the guarantor is a corporation.
