Through imperial examinations or Prime Minister recommendations, selecting stalwarts of the nation leads to achievements such as "Skillful Observer Emperor" when reaching 100 renowned figures. Economic development reaching over 100 million in treasury cash achieves "Economic Emperor." Enhancing national living standards and achieving the highest quality of life along with cash reserves leads to becoming "People's Life Emperor." Completing special projects results in being known as "Project Emperor." Conquering 30 countries leads to "Khagan Emperor." Achieving People's Life Emperor and Khagan Emperor simultaneously bestows the title of "Heavenly King Emperor."
3. Hall of Ceremony: Place for receiving foreign guests, not to be used unless there are envoys or diplomatic affairs.
