DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

To the pharmacy:

In this section of the application, we provide a list of unredeemed prescriptions. Just show the prescription from your mobile device to the pharmacist, they will scan the barcode on the screen, and dispense the medication to you. If there are cheaper alternatives with the same active ingredient as your prescribed medication, we will display them along with information about possible savings on co-payments and drug interactions.

In my area:

In the "In my area" section, you have an overview of doctors, pharmacies, and emergency services whenever you need it and based on your current location. You can search for a doctor based on specialization, distance, or whether they are our contractual partner.

Reminders:

Push notifications will remind you about preventive check-ups, information about prescribed medication, drug interactions, the option to rate a visit to the doctor, and information about filing a complaint about healthcare.

Insurance card:

In the application, you have your insurance card as well as the cards of your children or dependents. This also applies to the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). We also inform you about entitlement to healthcare.

Adding a child:

Do you want to have an overview of your child's health as well? Add your child through the mobile application and gain access to an overview of medical procedures or medications they are currently taking. And you'll always have their insurance card handy.

My health:

You can view your health card, your children's health cards, or the health cards of your dependents. We offer:

• Details of provided medical procedures
• Details of prescribed medication
• Drug interactions
• Option to file a complaint about a medical procedure or medication
• Option to rate a doctor

Login to ePobočka:

The VšZP mobile application helps with a secure login to ePobočka. You can log in to www.epobocka.com using your login and password and confirm access in the VšZP mobile app.

SOS first aid card:

As part of the SOS card, basic health information important for providing first aid is displayed even on a locked phone. The SOS card also includes the option to call emergency medical services at 155, and thanks to geolocation, it will be possible to determine your exact location.

Contact:

In this section, you have the option to contact our Call Center from Slovakia and EU countries. You can also write to us or visit us at any branch listed in the directory.

Settings:

In the settings, you have the option to change your PIN code, add/change your photo and photos of your children. You can also enable/disable notifications and biometric login.

Security:

Mobile communication is secured with a PIN code, ensuring the protection of your data.

Health wallet:

A service through which you can claim benefits provided by VšZP, create a group, add members to the group, and submit a request for reimbursement of costs according to the product's terms of use.

Payment:

If you are self-employed or a self-payer, in the Insurance section, you will receive information about your account balance. You will also be able to pay insurance premiums or outstanding balances from the annual settlement.
