Our main goal was to provide you with fast, secure, and convenient banking transactions. With our new design, we are now able to offer you a more visually appealing and personalized experience. We value your input, as it helps us stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in mobile banking.

Kuveyt Türk Mobile allows you to perform various banking transactions at no charge:

• Payments including bill payments
• Currency and precious metal buying and selling
• Credit card transactions
• QR code-based money deposit and withdrawal
• Viewing account transactions and activity
• Finding the nearest Kuveyt Turk branch
• Viewing exchange rates
• Currency and precious metal calculations
• Viewing IBAN information
• Viewing BES (Banking Electronic Trading) information
• Managing notification settings
• Calculating financing based on profit ratio
• Making card payments through Kuveyt Türk Mobile with CebimPOS
• Performing investment account transactions and more

All these transactions can be performed easily and quickly by both individual and corporate customers. Corporate customers also have the ability to view, approve, or cancel transactions based on their specific user authorization.

LOGIN WITH A SINGLE PIN

To use Kuveyt Türk Mobile, you simply need to set your password. Once your device is verified through the necessary security steps, Kuveyt Türk Mobile will recognize you and allow you to log in quickly with a single PIN of your choice.

FIRST PASSWORD

Your first password can be obtained by calling the Kuveyt Turk Call Center at 444 0 123 or through the Instant Password menu on the Internet Branch. Corporate customers should contact their branches to obtain their initial passwords.

DEVICE VERIFICATION

When logging in to Kuveyt Türk Mobile for the first time, you will need to verify your device. The verification process should be completed by connecting to the Internet using your registered GSM number with our bank. If you are not using your registered GSM number, you will be asked to approve your device through the Call Center. Once a device is verified, you can give approval for using Kuveyt Türk Mobile on other devices as well.
