Through the AI Call Assistant app, customers who sign up via KT's customer service or authorized dealers can utilize automated responses for various inquiries, including essential questions related to business hours, location, and parking, as well as specialized queries about reservations and orders tailored to their industry.

Furthermore, by configuring greeting messages, businesses can convey real-time updates about their operational status and promotions directly to customers upon connection.

Service Enrollment
- Enrollment is available through KT official dealers or by contacting the customer service hotline at 100.
- All customers utilizing KT telephone services at their establishments are eligible to subscribe!
- A wireless number must be designated for installing the AI Call Assistant app.

Login Procedure
- Basic authentication is completed using the landline number and store name, followed by a six-digit password setup.
- Device registration must occur using the mobile number designated at the time of enrollment (authentication on other devices is not permitted).

Initial Setup
- Simple store settings prepare the AI Call Assistant for operation! (Includes business hours, location, and parking information)
- Depending on the business type, options for reservations and orders can be configured.

Greeting Message Configuration
- Through greeting message settings, owners can deliver their desired message to customers as soon as the call connects!
- Messages can include updates about store situations or promotions up to 120 characters.
- Background music can also accompany the message (a preview is available).

AI Call Assistant On/Off Settings
- Control the AI Call Assistant using the switch located at the top of the home menu.
- When activated, the AI Call Assistant prioritizes customer interactions.
- When deactivated, it plays a greeting message before connecting calls to the store.

Voice Memo Feature
- Even if the store phone is busy or unable to answer, customer inquiries will be recorded and sent to the app for follow-up.
