The Ho'oponopono is a process in which we release toxic energies that exist within us to allow for the impact of Divine thoughts, words, achievements, and actions.

In a few words, ho'oponopono means 'to repair' or 'to correct an error.' According to ancient Hawaiians, errors stem from thoughts tainted by painful memories of the past. Ho'oponopono provides a way to release the energy of these painful thoughts, or errors, that can cause imbalance and illness.

Behind every situation, every event, and every encounter that occurs in life, a memory is stored. The purpose of Ho'oponopono is to release memories that may create obstacles in a person's life or be a source of pain, grief, or suffering.

The modern practice of ho'oponopono consists of four main phrases:

• Sinto muito;
• Me perdoe;
• Eu te amo;
• Sou grato.

Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son - all in one.

If I, my family, my relatives, and ancestors have offended your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, facts, or actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present moment, we ask for Your forgiveness.

Let this be cleansed, purified, released, and cut all memories, blockages, negative energies, and vibrations. Transmute these unwanted energies into pure LIGHT. And so it is.

To clear my subconscious of all emotional baggage stored within it, I repeat throughout my day the key words of Ho'oponopono.

Eu Sinto Muito, Me Perdoe, Eu Te Amo, Sou Grato.

Fundamental Principles of Zero Limits:

1. You have no idea what is happening.
It is impossible to be aware of everything that is happening within and around us, consciously or unconsciously.
2. You don't control everything.
Obviously, if you don't know everything that is happening, you can't control everything. Believing that you can force the world to do what you want is an ego trip.
3. You can heal anything that comes your way.
Anything that comes into your life, regardless of how it appeared, is open to healing simply because it is now on your radar.
4. You are entirely responsible for your experience.
What happens in your life is not your fault but your responsibility.
5. Inspiration is more important than intention.
Intention is a plaything of the mind; inspiration is a directive from the Divine. At some point, you will surrender and start paying attention instead of begging and waiting.
