With Handelsbanken Business Mobile Service, as a corporate representative, you can carry out your most common banking transactions.

The following services are included:

• Customize the homepage with personal shortcuts.
• Choose which accounts to display on the homepage.
• To-do messages for stopped payments, payments to approve, and when there is insufficient balance.
• Switch between companies you manage.
• Contact information for your office and personalized service.

• Register and approve payments.
• Register transfers between the company's own accounts or accounts predefined in the internet bank.
• View upcoming and stopped payments.
• Approve payment files.
• Connect the company to e-invoice, add, change, delete recipients, switch default account numbers, and approve.

• Check balances and transactions on the company's accounts.
• View information and transactions for Business Card agreements.
• Order Business Debit Cards.
• View deposit information on incoming payments from Bankgirot and Swish.

• View fund and depot holdings.
• View the company's loans and loan information.
• View financial news and receive market information.
• View existing leasing and installment agreements.
• Order Business Services, such as Swish Company or bank integration for your company.

You log into the app with a personal code or with Mobile BankID. You also need to have the authorization for Business Mobile Service in your power of attorney. The app may request access to the camera to scan invoices and to the phone's location services to locate the nearest offices and ATMs. If access is denied, these services cannot be used.
